  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: * Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • Customs & Duties: Tengdenotes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
